Vehicle Delivery Process And Requirements

Payment Information

To assist in a smooth and efficient hand over of your vehicle, please ensure you have arranged final payment via one of the following methods, prior to delivery date:

  • Bank cheque made payable to “Zeekr Geelong” to be presented the day of vehicle handover
  • Personal cheques: funds must clear in account before day of handover – please allow 5 working days
  • EFT Direct Transfer – the transfer must be made 48 hours prior to vehicle hand over.
    Please note: our account details will not change during the course of a transaction and we will not notify you of any changes to our bank details via email. Always independently confirm bank account details and transfer instructions with us in person or via a telephone call to a trusted and verified telephone number.
  • Credit Card – please note the dealer reserves the right to pass on any applicable transaction fee. Please refer to our Business Manager for the current fee structure.

Finance

If you are arranging Finance through our Dealership, please bring the following information on the day of delivery;

  • Your Driver’s license
  • 2nd form of ID e.g. Medicare Card
  • Confirmation of Income, either:
    • 3 x Payslips (recent) and/or
    • Tax Return
  • Bank Account Details for Direct Debit deductions
  • Confirmation of Residence, either:
    • Rate Notice
    • Rent Receipt
    • Accommodation Letter

Trade In

If you are trading in your vehicle, please provide the following;

  • Current Registration Papers
  • All spare keys/remotes
  • Service Books and Manuals
  • Any items you may have removed from the vehicle, e.g. headrests, 3rd row seats, Cargo blind
  • If the traded vehicle is currently registered or owned by a business we require a Tax Invoice for the trade-in value (incl GST). Please date the invoice as the Delivery date and address the invoice to:

    • Address
  • If there is a payout to a finance company, please provide a current confirmation letter of payout details from the Finance company
